If Chris Brown calls Rihanna: Testing, testing, 1-2, 1-2.

Rihanna legally has the right to tape-record your phone conversations.

Brown who was charged last week with two felonies in the alleged beating of his girlfriend, is banned by law from bad behavior toward Rihanna.

Rihanna

According to court documents Now, he may not "harass, strike, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), follow, stalk, molest, destroy or damage personal or real property" of Rihanna's.

That includes her face.

He also can’t "disturb the peace, keep under surveillance or block movements" and must get rid of any guns he may have by surrendering them to police or selling them to a licensed dealer within 24 hours.

And he also cannot "dissuade or prevent" anybody from attending a hearing or making a report to police.

But the order does not stop him from calling Rihanna. He can also see her up close and personal with no proximity issues.

The only restriction is this: "The protected persons (that would be Rihanna) may record any prohibited communications made by the restrained person." That would be Chris Brown.

This probably means texts too, man
