John Mayer chose his new Calabasas, Calif., mansion for the privacy. But he may be out of luck - his neighbor is publicity-hungry reality star Denise Richards.
The singer was initially attracted to the gated Hidden Hills community for its "no paparazzi" zoning rules. "It's very secure. "No cameras are allowed inside. John wanted something totally private, out of the public eye."

No doubt Mayer would thank his lucky stars for a little seclusion when girlfriend Jennifer Aniston comes to visit from her distant Hollywood Hills home. Maybe they can finally canoodle in private!
