The Kelly boys golf team placed second to Clear Creek in the final day of the two-day Southeast Texas High School Championship on Saturday at Brentwood Country Club.
The Bulldogs two-day score of 634 put them 26 strokes behind the winners. Houston St. Thomas placed third (647) and West Brook fourth (662).
Clear Creek golfers accounted for the top three individual scores, and Kelly's Brock Wilson placed fourth. He tied a Clear Creek golfer for third with a two-day score of 152 but lost on a one-hole playoff.
West Brook's Jordan Soper placed fifth at 153.
