Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman shot a sequence near lake Pichola for her under-production film The eighth wonder on Tuesday.

Kidman descended a flight of steps at Badi Pal wearing a white gown. A child artiste dressed in a red frock was also part of the short sequence which was shot in the evening.

Mumaith to be Tollywood's hollywood celebrity Sharon Stone

Item girl Mumaith Khan is acting in a character role in the film Target which is set to release on March 20. Ramesh Raja is the director of Target which has Siva Balaji and Shraddha Das as the lead pair. Parade rest is over: Hollywood event returns after cancellation in 2008 news

Hollywood - Commissioner Heidi O'Sheehan had been in office for only a few weeks last year when the e-mail complaints began pouring in.

They were all about the decision to cancel the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade downtown because of $140,000 in budget cuts for special events.

"I got flooded, everyone wanted to know what happened to the parade," said O'Sheehan, who is Irish only by marriage.

On Sunday, the popular downtown Hollywood parade returns for a 12th year, with O'Sheehan as the Grand Marshal. The marchers will start at 1 p.m. at Harrison Street and 21st Avenue and continue up Hollywood Boulevard to Young Circle.

Last year, the city would have needed about $16,000 from the sponsoring Hibernians of Hollywood to provide services such as police and fire.

As word of the canceled parade spread, help materialized, the Hibernians president.

They worked with O'Sheehan to come up with funding alternatives and a plan to cut costs. For example, the parade route has been altered to reduce the demand for police. And the city's downtown Community Redevelopment Agency is pitching in some money.

The return of the parade was great news to muffler repairman and fervent parader Kevin Doyle, who was distraught over last year's cancellation.

"That was truly depressing. A lot of people, especially my kids, looked forward every year to be part of the parade.

Thinking the parade was gone for good, Doyle donated decorations to parade organizers in Palm Beach and was about to get rid of the trailer that hauls his homemade float.

Sadly, I am left wondering if American Idol voters will be reminded of another Season 7 contestant.
Recently, Vote for the Worst.com published photos of Adam Lambert kissing another man. In this day and age, it really shouldn't matter.

During the 2008 season, Vote for the Worst.com published photos of AI Top 12 contestant David Hernandez working as a stripper at a gay club prior to his American Idol audition. While AI executive producer Ken Warwick stated "The truth is we're never judgmental about what people do to earn a living", Hernandez was the first to be voted off the show. In all fairness, Hernandez did not have the strongest performance that evening but in my living room, we didn't feel it was the worst either.

Will Adam Lambert's best-of-show performance of "Black or White", a song touting non-discrimination, be enough to make call-in voters forget about the photos splashed across.Or has Vote for the Worst.com succeeded once again in destroying the chances for a truly talented performer?

Count Alex McCord as one of the millions of Americans being hit by the bad economy.

The Real Housewives of New York City star, known for going on extravagant shopping trips with her husband Simon Van Kempen, was just laid off from her visual merchandising job at Victoria’s Secret.

“Now I’m more a Real Housewife than I ever have been before!” McCord tells PEOPLE. “The whole time this show’s been on people have said ‘Define this term housewife,’ ‘Are you a real housewife?’ And I always said, ‘Well, I own a house and I am a wife! But now I’m a real housewife.”




The layoff was not related to McCord’s being on the Bravo reality show. The loss of her full-time job was one of 90 positions cut at the company’s New York headquarters — part of a 10-percent reduction in the brand’s workforce.




McCord had been at the job for two years. She started after a period of freelancing when her sons, Francois and Johan — with Van Kempen — were young. “I had a great time, and even up until the last week I was there, I was gaining new skills,” she says. “My job was my green zone — when I was not Alex from Real Housewives but Alex who’s in beauty.” 





What’s next? “The challenge will be to find something meaningful to do, where I am the real Alex McCord and not just a Real Housewife,” she says. Of course, that will depend a lot on employers, and whether they look at her resumé and skills as a graphic artist, “or if they’ll expect me to come into the interview wearing a leopard-print dress, looking for connections,” she says with a laugh.

The Real Housewives of New York City's Kelly Bensimon is in trouble! The forty-year-old former model and marathon runner is facing misdemeanor assault charges after she (allegedly) attacked her boyfriend Nick Stefanov.

Reportedly the feisty Kelly gave her boyfriend a black eye and a gash on his left cheek. Stefanov left the apartment and immediately went to the police department to file a report.

NYC Police Department told PEOPLE, "She was arrested on March 5 at 9: 10 a.m. for punching her fiance in the face, and [she] gave him a laceration under his left eye. She was arrested for assault - it's a misdemeanor."

Bensimon's lawyer, Stephen Turano, "has entered a plea of not guilty. We are confident that the charges are unfounded and we look forward to a quick resolution."




Some say the couple are engaged, but friends of Kelly's say, not true. "[Stefanov] is claiming that they were engaged, which is delusional. They have been on-and-off for three to three-and-a-half years, and during that time they were exclusive. She was always dating other people."




Pals say Kelly is "upset and embarrassed" by what's happened. She claims Stefanov has tried to contact her since the charges were filed.



Bensimon is due in court March 31. I wonder what her two children (with ex-husband Gilles Bensimon) think of what's happened? She's not sent a very positive message to her children has she? Although - innocent until proven guilty, right?

Celebrity Julia Roberts finds "Christ" comedy update news

Julia Roberts will produce an indie comedy feature based on a Student Academy Award-winning short film.

"Jesus Henry Christ" revolves around a boy conceived in a petri-dish and raised by a loving, left-wing feminist. At the age of 10, he decides his mother's love is not enough and begins to follow a

trail of Post-It notes stuck around town hoping it will lead him to his biological father.

Dennis Lee, who wrote and directed the 2003 short film, will take on the same tasks for the feature-length update. Roberts, who appears in Lee's upcoming feature directorial debut "Fireflies in the Garden," is not planning to star in the movie at this time.

"Fireflies in the Garden," which also stars Ryan Reynolds, Willem Dafoe, Emily Watson, Carrie-Anne Moss and Hayden Panettiere, is being released June 19 by indie studio Senator Entertainment. Roberts returns to theaters on March 20 in the thriller "Duplicity."
